Ashes, Ashes. This is where his story ends. On the rooftop of the city’s court house, he burnt himself to ashes. I watched him burn to ash, my own hands scarred by the flames when I tried to put him out. There wasn’t a way to save him though.      For once, I didn’t have anything to say when I bumped into somebody. Speechlessness is not something that comes to me on a regular basis. It was different, seeing the ship as it was now. People were missing from it; important ones. But… there was still someone. And he was in pain. The water was freezing when he hit, and it only got worse as he sank into the pitch black depths.
